Video Rates

Document your pole, movement, or aerial journey with a professionally filmed video. I’ll make you look as good as possible, from catching your best angles (I actively look for your best lines as I film), to professional studio lighting, to the final edit. These rates are based on a private 1-1 shoot. For combined photo/video shoots, please inquire for quote.

Packages

Additional fees may be incurred for:

*Custom lighting setups or setups requiring blacking out window light

*Setup requiring re-arranging of furniture or cleaning up space prior

*Concept shoots requiring pre-production

*Shoots requiring test shoots or location scouting

NOTE:

A nonrefundable deposit and signed waiver is REQUIRED to book.

Additional clips or edits from your shoot may be purchased (All raw clips range $100-300 for basic/choreo video shoot and $300-500 for reels)

Videos are for personal use (Cannot be resold or redistributed). For brand or commercial use, please inquire.

The rates below exclude studio rental fees and are subject to change.

All rates are based on a 1-hour rental spot.

Basic Videos are typically delivered within a couple weeks. Edited Choreo videos are typically delivered within 4-8 weeks, and Reels within 6-10 weeks. Delivery can be expedited for a fee ($100).

I. Basic Video Shoot (no cuts)

$275 for 1

or 2 for $500

Includes:

• 60-90 sec video

• No cuts - Just one clip from start of routine or freestyle until the end. You may purchase editing later if needed.

• You can run the routine up to 5 times during your session and choose your favorite clip.

• This video option is not recommended for beginners

• For routines longer than 90 seconds, it is $25 per additional 30 seconds requested.

• Additional run throughs filmed are $35 each

• Note: Please add studio rental costs to price

II. Edited Choreography Video Shoot - $425

Includes:

• 60-90 sec video

• 1 round of revisions

• Up to 4 run throughs (one version is typically all closeups)

• Includes cuts between closeups/wide shots of a routine, edited musically

• 2 lenses are used to allow for closeup inserts, vs just one lens in Basic Video

• Includes time to warmup, do run throughs, and review footage in between

• Optional B-roll/closeups at the beginning or end of video

• For edits longer than 90 seconds, it is $35 per additional 30 seconds requested.

• Additional run throughs filmed are $35 each

• Note: Please add studio rental costs to price

III. Highlight Reel(s) - $475

Includes:

• 60-90 second edited video OR TWO 35-40s Mini reel videos (+$75 more for 2 mini reels)

• 1 round of revisions (5)

• Includes slow motion, close ups, focus pulls, and accents; Combine your signature moves and freestyle dancing into one video

• Includes time to warmup, dance for 30-40 minutes, and review footage as needed in between 

• For reels longer than 90 seconds, it is $50 per additional 30 seconds requested.

• Note: Please add studio rental costs to above price

IV. Group Routine Video

Includes:

• Typically a 30-90 second video which includes intentional closeups of product worn by dancer.

• May be used for ads and online promotion

• Includes 2 rounds of editing revisions

• Packages available upon request

• All brand logos and graphics must be provided before work can begin

  Does not Include:

• Casting dancer, Studio rental fees, Raw files

• Perfect for: Studio Owners, Certifications, E-Courses, Apparel brands, Accessories.

VI. Event, Performance

Includes:

• 1-minute edited video with chosen highlights from event/showcase/performance OR 1-time performance video

• Intro title with name of event, brand, your choice

• May be used for social media, ads, and online promotion

• Perfect for: Workshops, Showcases, Performances, Studio owners

Includes:

• 60-90 second video with musical cuts

• Intro title

• May be used for social media and online promotion with credit

• The cost may be shared, but must come from one person

• All students in video must sign a waiver

• Filming only with expressed consent of studio owner

• Perfect for: Instructors, Studio Owners

[SPLIT SESSION OPTION]

• Split a Session with 2-3 other dancers and receive a discounted rate.

• All dancers must be present at start of session

• Dance on a rotation and cheer your friends on in between runs

• Inquire through contact page with # of dancers, location preference, and type of video for a quote

To book, message me below with your inquiry.

Note that the details below may change for specific shoots, but this is the general framework. Each video can be customized to your needs, so please inquire if you have a specific video request. Longer routines may have less opportunities to run routine (and review) within allotted time slot.

*Extra editing may be required if choreo is not performed to timing in at least 2 runs of routine.

(In this case, an estimate will be provided post-shoot.)

*The dancer will be given the option to review their footage during the shoot after each run, only if there is time.

*An upfront non-refundable deposit is required for all shoots (payable via Venmo, PayPal, or Check)

*Booking at least 1 month in advance is required to reserve your spot and to ensure availability of filming location.

*Turnaround time is 2-3 months for all videos.
